RB Leipzig have announced their full roster that will travel to the United States for two games against Aston Villa and Wolverhampton Wanderers on July 31st and August 3rd. As expected, there are several players yet to join the team after the completion of the 2024 European Championship with the two most notable names being Xavi Simons and Dani Olmo.
Despite missing some bigger names, Leipzig will be bringing club legends and a majority of the current starting team. Captain Willi Orban, Peter Gulacsi and striker Yussuf Poulsen will be present along with returning players such as Andre Silva and Kevin Kampl. Several younger players will also feature as the club prepares for the start of the 2024-25 Bundesliga campaign which kicks off against Bochum on August 24th.
